Job Summary:
Iberia Foods Corp., manufacturer, importer and distributor of Hispanic, Caribbean and other Specialty Foods and Beverages, is hiring a Sales Administrator to assist the Sales department with various duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Send product samples to buyers if requested and follow up if necessary.
- Create and send sell sheets to the sales team for new item introductions and any item update.
- assist the sales team with administrative tasks as requested.
- Support sales team regarding sales orders, inventory, special order or new product requests.
- Commitment to staying informed regarding new products and features.
- Perform sales support functions as necessary to support sales team such as processing orders, and any other sales team requests.
- Facilitate and manage sales team requests for product availability & pricing.
- Create and send sales reports as requested.
- Special projects or other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Highly motivated, well organized, and must have a positive attitude.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills.
- Team player
- Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
