Chicken Breasts Stuffed in Pink Sauce
of thin chicken breast fillet
of San Marcos Sliced Jalapeños to taste
finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Lay of the chicken flat, place the cheese ham and jalapeños on top, roll up the chicken and hold together by placing a toothpick through the middle, add salt & pepper to taste.
Using a frying pan, melt two tablespoons of butter, cook the rolls on both sides.
Blend together the, cream, milk, tomato sauce, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Coat the rolls with the sauce, cover the pan, reduce the temperature to medium and cook for 10 minutes.
