- 1/2 cup Shredded Chocolate
- 14 Ounce Iberia sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1/2 cup mixed chopped nuts
- 1/2 tbsp. Iberia vanilla extract

Instructions
- Line an 8" baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place shredded chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Add Iberia sweetened condensed milk and Stir to make sure the chocolate is coated.
- Heat in the microwave for one minute.
- Remove from microwave and the mixture is creamy.
- Add chopped nuts and Iberia vanilla extract and keep stirring until everything is mixed well.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours until the chocolate is firm.
- Once firm, lift the fudge by the parchment paper out of the dish.
- Remove the parchment paper from the chocolate, cut it into cubes and enjoy.
