Easy Chocolate Fudge
  1. Line an 8" baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place shredded chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Add Iberia sweetened condensed milk and Stir to make sure the chocolate is coated.
  3. Heat in the microwave for one minute.
  4. Remove from microwave and the mixture is creamy.
  5. Add chopped nuts and Iberia vanilla extract and keep stirring until everything is mixed well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours until the chocolate is firm.
  8. Once firm, lift the fudge by the parchment paper out of the dish.
  9. Remove the parchment paper from the chocolate, cut it into cubes and enjoy.
