Ingredients
- Cooking oil spray
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- Pepper to taste
- 1½ Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Iberia garlic
- 1 tablespoon Iberia onion powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon San Marcos jalapeño finely chopped
- 4 oz. diced cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Iberia extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
- In a baking sheet, arrange the zucchini side by side and lightly spray the cooking oil, sprinkle the paprika, salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes or until crispy, turning occasionally and set aside.
- Using a bowl beat the egg then mix the ground beef adding the garlic, onion, parsley, San Marco Jalapeños, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Using your hands, form the hamburgers and stuff with the cheddar cheese cubes.
- Bake at 350°F until done to your meat cooking taste.
- Serve the burgers with the zucchini chips.
