Tuna Poke Bowl

Tuna Poke Bowl
  1. In a bowl mix soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, orange juice, scallions and cilantro.
  2. Mix well, fold the tuna in the sauce and reserved in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. This can be served smorgasbord style and let the guest make their own poke bowl.
  4. Use brown rice as the base of the bowl and all the toppings as desired.
